Arizona's Vision was founded in February 1994 by Dr. Mark J. Page, O.D.  Starting with just one employee, the success of the practice led to a doubling of the office area in 1997 and a new facility in 2003.  Dr. Justin M. Johnson, O.D.  and Dr. Michael M. Duong, O.D. joined the staff in 2008 and 2009, respectively.  Arizona's Vision now employs eighteen people in its business and is an active member of the Ahwatukee Foothills community in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Mark J. Page, Optometrist

Dr. Page received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of South Dakota and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.  Dr. Page has furthered his training with certification in Therapeutic Pharmaceuticals and in 1993 was awarded the American Optometric Association Recognition Award for attending over 150 hours of continuing education in one year. Training in the latest techniques allows Dr. Page to detect eye problems early.  "I've always believed the key to being a good doctor is having good training and using the latest technology to provide leading-edge eyecare."

When it comes to treating his patients, Dr. Page is dedicated to bringing you the best care because your eyesight is priceless.  "My top priorities are to give you a thorough exam that catches any problems while they're easy to treat and to give you an accurate prescription that will help you see clearly."

Dr. Page is a member of the American Optometric Association (Contact Lens and Sports Vision Sections) and the Arizona Optometric Association.  He is participating as a clinical investigator for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the post-approval analysis of CIBA Night-and-Day Continuous Wear Lenses.  Dr. Page is recognized as one of the Top Optometrists in the United States by the Consumer Research Council of America.

Dr. Justin M. Johnson, OD is committed to providing the highest level of eye care for his patients.  He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University in 2003 and was was awarded his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2007.  During his tenure at the University of Houston, Dr. Johnson was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa honors society and received extensive training in the treatment and management of glaucoma, primary eye care, specialty contact lenses and pediatrics.  He also received additional training in vision therapy, low-vision, diabetic retinopathy and neuro-ophthalmic care.  Dr. Johnson has been a resident of Arizona for two years and is very excited to be here.  He loves spending time with his wife Tracy and their son Braeden.  He also enjoys tennis, golfing, hiking, four-wheeling, boating, and traveling.

Dr. Michael M. Duong, OD received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2009.  During his training, Dr. Duong was a member of a student organization which provided eye care to thousands of underprivileged citizens of Guatemala.  Dr. Duong interned at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, Veterans Affairs Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, and Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, AZ.

As a member of the American Optometric Association (Contact Lens and Cornea Section), Dr. Duong has published articles reviewing current trends in contact lens care.  Dr. Duong is also a member of the state optometric associations of Arizona and California.

Dr. Duong is Paragon CRT-certified to fit Ortho-Keratology lenses and holds the following licenses: National Board of Examiners of Optometry, Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease (2008), Patient Care (2009), and Arizona State Board of Optometry (2009). His outside interests include music, hiking, traveling, and sports.
